Think he (Nolan)
would be useful addition for coaching staff as he can make our players fight and be more streetwise.

Leicester are in for Nigel De Jong. 1, he would have been a great signing last summer to give us some bite in midfield but 2. it might free up Inler, who looks the sort I would try and convince to come and lead the Garde era in a similar way he did for Wenger.

You mean a bit like Keane did?

Let's hope they get him quickly so we can have Inler for the Palace game.

Italian news article saying we have outbid Lazio for this Croatian keeper Kalinic. I hope it is true as we are desperate for a keeper that actually saves the slightly more difficult shots. Indeed one that is aware of his near post and can kick a ball straight would be nice. This week even better.

I never thought I'd be more desperate for a footballer that can kick a ball.

Anyone take Kevin Nolan?

Delivered to Villa Park in his coffin? He's finished mate, ask any West Ham fan he is completely shot.

Agreed. In the same boat as Lescott and Richardson, Cole and Senderos.
And from what we've seen this season, Richards, Hutton and Guzan.

Why does Hutton always get thrown in with comments like this?  He's been one of the few players who has been pretty good for us over the last two years.

I must admit I can forgive Hutton his mistakes, he looks like he tries hard and being both a last ditch defender and our only attacker down the right must be tiring. I'm not one for stats but Id be pretty surprised if he hadn't run the most miles in  the team, although that might very well be in 'tallest pygmy' territory.

The lazy fucks.

If by good, you mean constantly making errors that cost goals, consistently getting caught out of position and failing to beat the first man with every cross, then he has been brilliant!!
