When I woke up this morning and saw it was 0-0 I just assumed we hadn't kicked off yet. Great result and gives us something to build on.

Traore injured?

Would have snapped your hand off for a point at the start of the game so absolutely delighted with a draw.

Clean sheet against the top of the league on the back of their outstanding performance in Seville midweek is not to be sniffed it and although we rode our luck a bit we have had nothing but bad luck for a few seasons now so about time that changed!

Looking forward to going in to work tomorrow and giving them Citeh fans a bit of stick! UTV

Clark hit the nail on the head when asked what difference Remi has made since his arrival, he replied we were organised on the pitch and in training.

A damning incitement of Sherwood and Wilkins that its taken the arrival of new staff to bring a sense of organisation to the place.

Same can be said for Lambert as well.

The point we got today could be so crucial come the end of the season.

Sanchez was my man of the match. There is a corridor between Hutton and Richards at the moment that people just sneak into and get chances. It needs a door sticking on it but apart from that both were very good!

Clark was much more assured and aggressive like last season which was good to see. Hopefully he can keep that confidence up. Amavi apart from one moment of madness was great too.

I did think Veretout was superb in the last 15 when I expected him to be on his knees.

Gueye was quiet. Maybe the shock of other midfielders in there with him!

Agree about Veretout he was managing to run past City players in the latter stages so there is no worries about his fitness he will be a top player for us. Hutton got caught out a couple of times when we lost the ball in attack but you can't fault his effort, still believe Richards is a natural right back

Both Hutton and Richards have bad defensive habits, ball watching and forward sneak past them and between them regularly.

Both are fine defending one on one or when forwards are in front of them.

Im not sure coaching is going to improve them too much, these are faults they have had for their entire careers.

Its a worrying combo on our right side

Sanchez and Clark were our best two I thought

Clark looked much more assured today playing on his more natural left side. Looked completely out of place playing on the right of Lescott on Monday. Hutton was just very, very solid against a player in Sterling who has been in excellent form. That could have been a long afternoon but he used all of his experience to keep him relatively quiet. There is no way on earth Sherwood or Kmac would ever have picked that side today. And absolutely no chance of them getting to play that for 90 minutes. We'd have been smashed for sure. After the sides put out vs Southampton and Spurs today was a boost from the start and it continued to pleasantly surprise throughout the game.

Good assessment by both Jenas and Hunchback of Notre Dame and Jenas gets it right on the Gestede incident. Saying corner was legitimate.

Jenas is a fucking twat and his 'opinion' means absolutely nothing.
I said before, as soon as Remi shows his worth, all these 'experts' will be saying what a great appointment he was.

Wankers, the lot of them.
