Sadly a 2-0 defeat. Monsieur Garde then get down to some serious work in the build up to Everton.

It sure would be great to sneak a result. I know we will need luck but surely we are due some?

Assuming Okore and Kozak are fit and looking sharp in training.
I'd like to see this given a go.

On even a draw would be huge. Can you imagine a sneaky win. Would be incredible from where we are.

I would have Richards in for Okore, then get Okore in after the break..

I presumed he was out. Yes I would agree with Richards in there for now.
If and when Okore is fully fit I'd be tempted to shift Richards back to right back.

Its a huge ask but we need it, we really do. Even though we are expected to lose I think it will be really rough on fans and the players to come away with yet another zero points from a game.

The new manager bounce will make this particular trip to VP more appetising. I'm still expecting a loss though... and relegation by mid March.

At the moment beating Derby's record lowest points total looks a long-shot. I'm not even contemplating getting anything on Sunday.

Like this team, I would go Lescott ahead of Clark with Richards in the centre.

This game won't save us or relegate us. But it will be most interesting to see what immediate differences Garde has made. Tactically, strategically and simply in terms of desire and attitude. There won't be a much harder test than this, so even if we lose which most people expect, the way we lose, for me will be more important than the actual result.

Not really. We're playing the best team in the league who even if we were a lot higher could come and beat us easily. The test is a few games down the road when the new manager 'bounce' has worn off.

I think it will be more interesting after the international break, gives him a chance to put his tactics across.

well off course. I'm not suggesting there will be a massive shift so quickly. What I will say is that not having Sherwood/Kmac at the helm will have an effect. The question is what extent and for how long in the game? As the weeks go by the new philosophy will bed in and hopefully we all we will start to see the fruits of Garde's influence.

Well of course lol. I just want 11 players on the field prepared to play for our beloved club, I think the tactics have been awful and I think there are players in that squad who can make a massive difference. Lets hope the new manager will show that
