Reached a nadir tonight. I hope.

Bring Nadir on, he's a left back isn't he?

Come on lads

I know this is shocking but we need a bit of fight them on the beaches spirit from us as well if there is any chance of turning this around this season.

Personally I think the media have had it in for us for years, we are the outsiders, the team from the second city that got a bit above their station in a world dominated by cockneys, scousers and mancs and they would all like to see us put back in our place.

Fairplay to Neville, he made a good point and he said it in an incredulous way, but to hear the likes of Carragher sniggering away boils my piss and Danny wotsisname on Talkshite saying he wouldnt bet 10p on us fits into a pattern. Id like Remi to ram it all down their smug throats.

Set aside the Villa, no team from the midlands is ever given any respect, we live in a media no-go zone stretching from North London to Cheshire.

Why am I watching this shite?  I could be doing something more pleasurable like ironing my bollocks.

At half time I thought about turning this off and spending the rest of the night sanding my face.

I wish I had now.

Gil - Must start every week.

Ditto Sanchez and Ayew.

Garde looks broken already

Saw someone on twitter yesterday say something along the lines of "within twelve months Garde will have a beard down to his navel and be sitting in the corner, stinking of piss"

I have to agree with Alan Smith when he said there's supposed to be no easy game in the Premiership but this is as easy as it can get.
Looking as bad if not worse than 86-87 side.
Could we be as bad as Derby 2007-08?

What did they get? 16 point?

Villa are on pace for less than that

Ditto Sanchez and Ayew.

I hope Garde catches on to the cunning idea of selecting our best players.
