We are terrible. Im still convinced the players beside westwood, lescott, hutton and guzan are half decent. They need to pull their socks up and fight for the cause at the moment they are not!

We seemed content to keep the score down in the second half, self belief obviously on the floor against a really poor Chelsea side.

Two very slow sides and a game played at testimonial pace.

Both goals were farcical, unlucky sure about the deflection on the second but we threw in the towel afterwards.

We look so lightweight and one paced up top

tactically think Sherwood did alright today but surely he cant stay in charge for another week.

Guzan 3, Hutton 6, Richards 7, Lescott 5, Richardson 5, Westwood 4, Gueye 7, Gil 5, Grealish 6, Ayew 6, Gestede 5.

Subs, Amavi 5 (didnt bust a gut to impress), Traore 5 (bambi on ice)

Let's start with this question.

Where are we going to get another 34 points from?

29 games to go and we're averaging 0.4 per game! It just goes from bad to worse every year.

Very unlikely we'll scrape home this year now

Villa now stir no feelings within me. I pay attention but I'm beyond even clapping sarcastically at their shite.

How the hell were Gil, Grealish and Westwood still on the pitch at the end? Bunch of lily livered wimps.

This is not a midfield that is going to exert much pressure on any Premier league clubs. Frankly, it's shit.

I absolutely curse the day that toss pot Lerner took over this club. First he spunked money blindly up the wall, with no infrastructure in place for any real growth. Then he pulled up the ladder and decided to cheapskate everything out. Appointment after appointment of fuck wits, all throughout the club. The bloke can take a fucking running jump. We deserve to go down and that want away chairtwat... I hope he loses a fucking fortune on us. Him, no hopers like Sherwood, gobshites like Colonel Blinky fuck them all.

I bet the fans will be singing Sherwood's name a lot sooner than he thinks.

Same here. Worse still, he and that other conman, the General, mugged me into thinking they really cared. I'm still ashamed that I was taken in by those two wasters.

I'm starting to doubt it.

Still we'll be told by pundits that we were the worst team left in the league after finishing 17th last season and after losing our two best players what do we expect? How about a bit of balls,  planning and nous that Palace, Leicester, the promoted teams etc. all on less resources than us, manage?

The whole thing is a fucking disgrace and the only consolation is that two other perennial sleeping giants in the North East are just as incompetent though I fear that will change before it does for us.

I cannot stand Ashley Westwood. I think if he's not in the team we're twice as fast and our set pieces are better. If we do replace Sherwood, I hope his replacement sees those corners and plonks him in the reserves just for taking the piss.
