I think it depends what you use it for, doesn't it?

I use Twitter daily just to catch up with news especially if I miss the TV news.  It's a laugh, I retweet sometimes if there's something I like. Great with an emerging story (NASA and Pluto) or sport on the day or minute by minute for instant updates.

I go on Facebook for Villa far more often than visiting my own page, which gets a visit and maybe an update, ooh, every 3 / 4 months or so!
