If he isn't gone by Saturday and we go there and get a result he will be gone for sure.

A draw might buy him a bit more time but if we win then yeah, he'll be gone.

3-1 villa. Grealish subbed off with 5 minutes to go to a standing ovation from all four sides of the ground

Even though they have been poor still can't see us beating them. 1-1.

We are 6/1 to win.
Last season was 10/1, had a decent day at the bookies .

Benteke out. Lovren out. Disinterested team. Crowd on the manager's back, allegedly one game away from the sack. We've got a great record up there.

I think every Villa fan knows how this ends.

Usually I would agree but I just have this feeling we will get the luck this time. I have no evidence or data for that feeling but I just think its 3points for us.

Shrug. Nice to believe for a change :)

Agree with the OP.

I mean seriously though the guy has spent hundreds of millions of pounds, it's a joke.

Betting against Liverpool is always a good option, on the basis of price. They attract a lot of Asian punters who just pile money on Liverpool regardless of who they're playing, so their opponents are very frequently overpriced.

Good point hadn't thought of the Asian factors.
As for Brenda, isn't his net spend about £250m and taken club backwards ? Shambolic

This is one of those games that we absolutely must start fast and get right into them. They won't like and the crowd will turn quickly if we can get an early lead. We simply must not let them get any kind of momentum because they still have good players that can hurt us. The other night they had almost 50 shots which is crazy. The chances of them not converting chances if they keep creating them are pretty slim, and we don't need to be on the receiving end. This can get very ugly for Liverpool if we believe in what we can do as opposed to worrying about stopping them. Something I don't like at all about Sherwood's recent approach to games.

Head says lose and I fear we may play ok but still ship 2 or 3. Heart says draw though and that's what I'm going with in the poll.  1-1

Liverpool aren't doing well but then neither are we, I'd probably take a draw now but hope for a win.

We will likely concede as we always seems too but can we score? I guess it depends "if" Villa turn up, against Albion we didn't and for 45min against the scum we weren't there either. The same can be said for most of this seasons games.

It's going to take time for the team to gel but somehow while this is happening we must grind out results to keep the points tally ticking over.
