Sounds more promising.

The one thing that is far more enjoyable is at least we are trying to play football the proper way. As opposed to Lump It Lambert.

Yes, but we need good results.

This is awful. Giving the ball away far too much.

our centre halves have been very very poor so far, we look in trouble imo

cant get Grealish or Gil into the game, cant remember a touch from either Sinclair or Gabby so far

Needs to be effective though.

We don't really have a focal point for out attacks, do we? We're missing someone up front who can protect the ball and allow the other attackers to pivot around him. If we're going to play with these four up front, who are mobile, then they need to have a really good understanding and excellent passing in tight spaces.

Yeah, it's light years away from the shite that Lambert and McLeish used to serve up. I think it will pay off in the long term too. It would be good to get a few positive results in the here and now, though!

Floated passes up to Gabby aren't going to work against this lot in a million years.

Huh. I must say I think Gestede would be the better bet up front against this lot.

Unfortunately I disagree. We've hoofed at least 6 or 7 long balls to Gabby already.

It's not working.

True but his movement is non existent too, should be looking for a ball down the side of the centre halves to run onto

Eh? I haven't noticed any hit'n'hopes really. In fact, as per that last effort on goal, we're starting to play some very nice stuff, mostly coming through Gil.
