It's frustrating because there are glimpses of a good team in the midst of all this. We controlled the first half, it was obvious they would change, but we did nothing to combat that.

No doubt Sherwood has made us better to watch, but serious questions have to be asked about his tactical nouse.  He's as thick as Lambert in this aspect

I'm stunned by how bad we've been in the last 30 mins.

Tim's subs have actually cost us the match.

Sherwood is competely responsible for this defeat
Agree - poor decision-making at 2-0. Should have brought on Veretout. Simple.

Spineless, embarrassing shit.

Only we could throw something like this away. The goalkeeper is a clown and so is the fucking manager.

The manager is fine when he can prepare the side, but change it during and he is fucked. He needs his number 2 to help him the fuck out and say Tim, no, get a midfielder on you pillock.

I'm as patient as they come but Ayew plays like he's won a competition to play in the premier league

This hurts. Absolutely typical. At 2-1 I said to the missus we know whats going to happen now.

That bit hasn't changed for such a very long time. Thoroughly miserable and sickening.

I wanted Veretout on for Gabby leaving Ayew up front rather than wondering around aimlessly on the left.

Poor subs, piss poor goalkeeper. Three points chucked away.

Those subs were just ridiculous

We ended up with grealish in central midfield trying to stop them running through us

Westwood and Sanchez were knackered after playing as a pair all game

Really bad game management

Leaves you lost for words really doesn't it. Villa's ability to ruin my weekend reaches new limits every season

Gil had to come off, he was running on empty. Ayew coming on? Clearly the wrong decision and I really think he looks a poor player. Wasn't his brother free at Swansea and he's flying? As for Sanchez, I have never rated him, me constantly seems not switched on and taking Bacuna off for Hutton with 5 to go is telling. I don't think we will see Bacuna for a while now and also Gested should be starting ahead of Gabby (although I didn't think he was that bad today) as Rudi holds the ball up so much better.

I thought the opposite. I thought we looked like we were going to do a competent job of hanging on even if leicester were getting into it more. And then the subs came.

6 mins stoppage time and zero effort to equalise.
