Why oh why do we continue to shoot ourselves in the foot. The substitutions were wrong and Tim needs to realize this and learn from it quickly.

Think he was right to bring Gil off as he was tiring, but putting Ayew on instead was a huge mistake

I don;t know about moronic, but it was certainly very naive. As of Sherwood thought the game was done and dusted, so might as well give Ayew a run out.
