This is that Gary Rowett whopper from SHA.

How did you rumble him/her Ads?  Are they talking about it over on their teletext site?

You don't need to worry about a pub, the police will escort you off your 30 official coaches straight into the ground. I've seen them jibe that we took coaches there in the quarter final, what they don't grasp is we took 4500 fans and the coaches were from across the Midlands, not official coaches. We don't do official coaches for Blues or Albion and never will.

We need a song for the game about them hiding on their coaches.

We do, QV.

"Blues come down, Blues come down, Blues come down together, 30 coaches and a train....hiding from the Villa".

Hope they all enjoy their big day out. Just think, they're bringing over 11 times as many fans as they took to Middlesbrough two seasons ago, and West Ham in the Premier League five or six seasons ago. 250. And yet they think they're entitled to more tickets. Hilarious.

They think he's a genius because he doesn't write with a crayon. Tells plenty of porkies though, like being in the Holte in 2003 shouting them on. Not a single Nose, should any have been there, having the bottle to make themselves known notwithstanding, he must have been about 12 years old at the time.

Really? I got the impression that he's about twelve now.

How many times more than they took to Sunderland on a night game in the Premier League that was live on Sky? We took more to Carlisle either the night before or the night after for an FA Youth Cup Quarter-Final.

Their away support really is pitiful, although whether it is more embarrassing than their home turn-outs is a hard one to call.

Didn't they take 100 to Sunderland, a fair few of them were probably left up there from the previous encounter who failed to find their way home.

Ah, I'd always referenced that Sunderland game as being a League Cup fixture, but if it was Premier League, that's even better. They took 80 fans, didn't they? Remember seeing a photo at the time. Would love to see it again.

For now I'll just leave this image of them at Middlesbrough here...

Important to note that the following they took to MK Dons the other week was because they were all trying to get their booking history up for the Villa game and that, even then, they still couldn't sell out and took half what Wolves managed a couple of seasons back.

Them and the albion battle it out for worst home and away support by some distance. Funny how they can always muster a crowd for 'the vile' though, is it not?

There is a good Burnley comparison between the respective away supports out there too.

A Tottenham mate said the one year they had as many there as you'd expect from Wigan.

It must be the curse of the once a century cup win.

When they played West Ham away in the first leg after they beat us they only had 2900 which is the normal league allocation, and they struggled to sell out. Didn't see or hear them complaining about their allocation then. Their away support actually turn out in numbers about three times a season; last away of the season when they think they're fantastic for selling out at Bolton, a novelty new ground such as MK Dons, and a local game like Wolves. Although I remember watching them on tv at the Albion one year and they hadn't sold out, piss poor. They've got Ipswich away on Sky next Friday, I predict 150.

Funny you should say that, Percy. In 2013/14 their average away following was 1200 - just 70 more than Wigan who get a lot of stick for poor followings. As QV points out, that's an average boosted by those few games a season where they decide to support their team.

I'm pleased you've mentioned that League Cup semi-final. They didn't sell out. Entitled to 3500 but only took around 2600 of the 2900 allocation. Unbelievably bad for a LC semi.

How embarrassing that they've had people queuing at The Sty overnight for tickets yet, as you say, won't come close to selling their miserly allocation for Ipswich. "Would you like an Ipswich away ticket as well, Sir?" No, I only care about the Vile. Sad.

Although you could argue that as every single one of their fans is an embarrassment the fewer of them that there are gathered together is in a way actually less of an embarrassment than loads of them.

Hahaha.

To think their fans are trying to make this a bubble fixture as well, in order to keep themselves safe. Cringeworthy. They'll have 600 in the Holte though...

its gone up now to between 1 and 2k along with flags like they have done before like a group who stood up for the entire game in the lower holte singing blues songs in 2003.

they just keep on coming
