We need one or more of Grealish, Traore and Gill in this game or think we will struggle,
The prolonged niggling injuries/fitness issues with them are getting on my nerves

Kozak needs to play. Sinclair aside I don't trust any of our front line to put the ball in the net but then its still early days. I still have high hopes for Rudy.

It'll be 4-1 to them with 5 minutes to go and finish 4 - 4

I was there.
Well, I was on 22 February 1995.

I left at 4-1. Even though I'm a Villa fan, I was on nights at Longbridge. They made it 4-2 as we walked to the car. We heard the rest of the comeback on the radio.

Garry Parker and Mark Draper ran that second half. We just fell to bits which is strange really as we were on a really good run up to that match.

Ahh Gary Parker, very underrated player because he didn't have all that tackling and tracking back work ethic, I loved him, one of my favourite Villa midfield players

Thought we signed Draper in the summer of 95?  Was Townsend or Taylor who you meant?

Similar Albrighton confusion to follow for our descendants in 20 years' time?

How do we feel about 3 centre backs?
Guzan
Clark Lescottie and Richards
Amavi Vertout Westwood Bacuna
Gabby Gestede Sinclair

Carlos Sanchez played the full 90 on wednesday in the states  and its about a 15/ 16 hour flight so i'm thinking he might not start similarly with Ayew being away on international duty and a 10 hour flight and all the travel may start on bench.
However Guzan i think will play despite his 2 match game time would start. They certainly some major excursion exertion going on but thats the rigours of the international players we have. I like to think the players are up to the strength and conditioning side of things it can more be the affects to  concentration which could hinder a start for the Sanchez and Ayew players.

Just watched Everton v Chelsea. Cracking match, stones and Barry excellent. I know Everton hate us for some strange reason, but I quite like them. They were classy today.

Are you seriously putting Amavi on the right with Richards & Bacuna on the left?

15 hours from New York? Maybe via the Bahamas!
