I hope Amavi isn't another Luna.  Starts well, but gets progressively worse.

Absolutely no chance!

I really like the look of Gana, I must say. Very good player so far.

Gestede needs to be a lot more lively.

Gana and Sanchez are running midfield. They look very good.

Yep. I think it's going to work, that pairing.

I think we have been pretty poor so far, no shape to our midfield whatsoever and Gestede has been really poor so far

But Sunderland are disgracefully bad, if we get any head of steam up it could be another 6-1 type scoreline.

Need Gil on at the break

If we don't buy a CF in the next 2 days I'll be pretty worried. We're still short. I think Kozak needs to play more as things stand.

I'm really surprised to hear that - I think the midfield looks very fluid, very focussed, with Gana and Westwood switching frequently and Sanchez sitting deeper to act as a 'blocker'. Opinions, eh?!

Yeah I'm surprised too. It's really not that bad all things considered

Gestede is having a mare. But he's one of those players who's probably not going to offer much if he's not scoring. Ultimately I think he'll be a better impact player than regular starter. But we also need to be a bit more imaginitive about how we get the ball to him.
