I would venture that there are Villa strongholds where are hardly any noses, but in the areas where b-losers are more populous there are still loads of Villa.

I don't think there are many families split down the middle. Purely anecdotal I know, but I only know one in which two brothers are split in this way. There's not a single non-Villa fan in my, or my wife's, or my other children's mother's family.

My money's on Percy being the errant Nose. Don't know what it is but I think he tries just a little too hard.

Spot on.
Villa are a city-wide supported club, particularly dominant in the North of the city. This really bugs them as well.
Their stronghold of Solihull still has loads of Villa.

You stopped just short of implicating yourself there. But we all know what you meant. 'There's not a single non-Villa fan in my family or extended family....any more'. ;)

You could have fooled me regarding Solihull being their stronghold. Although I suspect most of them go out of their way to avoid me. Which hurts my feelings because I am always happy to chat with them about their club.

They have more fans in Winson Green prison. We have more fans everywhere else.

To be fair a lot of their fans deliberately try to get sent to prison so they can mix with former Small Heath players.

Personally I think it is very unfair that somebody got sent down for being a very good and well paid hairdresser and being very lucky in casinos.
