surely if it goes to general sale it would sell out?  Would be a tad embarrassing if it does not to be honest

Why? It's not our cup final.

Supply and demand. Sure, they'll take the piss if it doesn't sell out, but better it doesn't than tickets going to noses in home areas? It'll get close to 40k I reckon anyway.

I recall them getting 20-21k for our last league game with them at the Sty so not all that embarrassing.

I stand corrected, it was:

16 January 2011
16th Aston Villa H D 1–1  22,287

Them attempting to mock any attendance we get is like when Coventry took 9k to Old Trafford and took the piss out of Man Utd for not selling out, completely irrelevant.

Exactly.

In would kill them to think we didn't really give a fuck.

26,000 gone for 3rd round League Cup tie against second division garbage is good going with a week to go.

Glad there are some left, as I am looking to pick up extra tickets with a spare reference number when it gets down to just a varied booking criteria tomorrow.

I hate to break the bad news to you but its a varied booking history over the 2013/2014 & 2014/2015 seasons only not a varied booking history for the past 20+ years

It will be close to a sell out if you factor in 25,000 Villa fans
2,800 in the away end
1,000 segregation
13,000 of them in the Holte.

The spare reference I have covers a couple of games each from those seasons.

I'm sorry, but it is totally unacceptable to describe Birmingham City as "garbage."

I understand that the moderators of this site have already been contacted by several heaps of garbage who find this description incredibly offensive to them.

Is their programme published by the same people who produce their diaries?
