We had a bigger than normal allocation for the QF. Our allocation was cut to 1500 for the league game after that.

Oh right, I'm not very good at remembering nowadays

Pretty stupid my girlfriend can't get one for ages even though she's been to every home game so far this season and has an Albion ticket. Why are they prioritising those who bought match tickets last year ahead of those who have attended this year?

I could get her a Villa Cash card but I've no idea what her booking history is as the website doesn't allow her to log on and there's no way of getting through on the phone.
We've only had 3 home games (2 league, 1 cup plus Baggies on sale) so far this season, so it makes sense to prioritise last seasons booking history and the criteria ensures Noses can't get tickets. If your gf has a client ref then she needs to create an online account, and any booking history will be automatically assigned if the tickets were registered to her client ref.

Cheers. I dunno her client reference though!

I'm not saying last year's games shouldn't count but this year's should do. Assuming they were purchased before the Blose draw to prevent the problem you suggested. At present someone who went to three out of our twenty-odd home games gets preference over someone who has tickets for four of our first four home games this year.

Surely they could've based it on a combined total, would've made more sense?

I'm pretty sure that this early in the season booking history is always based on the previous season.

Top three threads on their SHA forum right now are all about the ticket allocation. Let it go chaps. You've got to laugh, they took about 300 to Burnley earlier this season.

Have you seen that forum? It looks like a 10 year old has designed it.

i just had a look and someone reckons they had hundreds in the holte in 20033

unbelievable

If they did they were too shit scared to say a word.

But in reality we know there were at most a few dozen dotted around the ground. Most of them smart enough to keep quiet. Unlike the bloke who was bounced down the Upper Witton.
Saw their forum comedian and oracle 'Gary Rowett' claim his mate and his mate's 'entourage' were in a big group in the Holte for that game and spent the whole game shouting Blues on and shouting for Stan Lazaridis to skin the full back. Of course according to the 'entourage' our fans supposedly stood by them just looked at them all game and were too scared to say anything. The funny thing is they actually believe the things they come out with.

What a load of shite. Apart from their gullible internet hoolies, do they really think anyone believes such guff?

If anybody sits in the Holte, can we get a flag sorted? They would all think they are unveiling and moving round a Villa flag.

How funny would it be if we got a Villa flag with a huge shite in the middle of it and nobody knew.

You have to forgive their excitement. They're absolutely delirious that's they're actually playing us in a competitive match. They're so small time, bless 'em.

The only thing I can suggest at the moment is spend a few minutes getting your client refs and online registration sorted. Its not looking good for anyone who didn't attend any games last season.

She did, not sure how many were registered against her though. Could use my brother's booking come to think of it. I'll most likely be fine moaning about nothing!

She should be okay with "varied history" i'd have thought. Has she done any games on her ref before this season?

Just read that, on their new thread entitled 'Sitting in the Vile end'. They're all trying to outdo each other with their fantasy tales of sitting in our end. Apparantly there were hundreds of them in the upper North in 03, I'd love to know how they know this. What I don't get about their fascination of sitting in our end is they hate us and our ground so why would you pay money to sit in our end? I wouldn't go in their sheds at the Sty if someone paid me. If I couldn't get a ticket in our end I'd watch it in the pub.

I think at least Blackpool and Bournemouth were in her name. Maybe some other games towards the end of the season. Possibly Burnley. She likes matches against teams that start with B!

Yeah, we'll probably be fine.

I reckon there's still some of them in the Lower North that are too scared to leave the ground. Mob handed in the home ends my arse.

The Noses averaged 1500 away from home last season, what are they bleating about by getting almost double their typical away following as an allocation?

The "we will be in the Holte" bravado has a ring of 2003 to it as well.

They couldn't wait to leave during the 5-1 game. They're partisan and keep right on, but they all fecked off after an hour that day. I was right by them in the lower North that day and their support was Blues all day. Funny how thousands of home seats occupied by noses didnt become empty at 4-0 and 5-1.
