We didn't play League Cup matches at all, last season, because GTC began after the season started and I was new to running the competition, as you know. I needed to keep things simple and Cup matches overlap with others, as you know.

We did the Secret FACup thing much later on in the season ( Third Round?) and it was kept separate because previous GTC FACup competitions had been separate.

So, I included the League Cup this time because we were playing at home and it was a way of boosting points! Hence, 'Extras'.

You haven't missed out by much, this time; 31 teams played and only five of them scored more than 1, so just join in on the next one against the Blues.  It'll be another 7 days' run with the Brucie Bonus wild all week, as it were.  Hopefully, there will be more points going around with a derby crowd expected!
