I just assumed there was no thread welcoming him after he signed earlier as a piss take because of the comments about him in the past.

                      Guzan

Bacuna.  Richards.   Clark.   Amavi

      Gana.      Sanchez.       Westwood

                    Grealish

                Ayeu.      Gestede

I can't see them playing Adama, as Sid said it might take a while for him to get up to speed to the English league.

I can't see us spending £40 million on Altidore and then not picking him. Your team isn't very realistic.

You added an extra '0' there.

Tough game and I would be happy with a point. Could be a big test for Bacuna and Amavi if their wide players are on their game.

Just the type of opposition we've struggled against the last few seasons, compact and well drilled, nothing fancy just meat and potatoes washed down with pop versus our gruel and boiled cabbage.  Palace remain the same meat and potatoes side but we now offer fine dining options and an extensive wine list.

Sod it. Its Crystal bloody Palace FFS we are not yet so beat down we should think of ourselves as the underdogs against the likes of them.

Villa to smash the minnow club.

Which is exactly why we should play Hutton instead of Bacuna!

The only disappointing thing about Altidore is that there aren't two of him.

Imagine a front two of Altidore and Altidore.

That would involve a blood curdling scream upon hearing the news prior to kick off.

I watched him a couple of weeks ago for Toronto FC. Fucking shit is being rather polite in describing his performance and certainly in regard to his miss from 2 yards out with a gaping net to head at with his side down 2-1. I'd say he's found his level in MLS but I'd be lying.

For me it's more our record there that makes me think a point would be decent. Before last season we'd failed to win in our last 11 visits and our full record there, as far as I can tell, is W3 D9 L7.
And all 3 wins have been 1-0.
