Can the cut-off time for entries be moved so that someone in the ground can't do a quick count one minute before kickoff?

It doesn't seem to do anybody a lot of good, CB, no Brucie Bonuses were collected last season. I suggest keeping the cut off where it is, but changing the bonus parameters from time to time.

This is in the new 2015-16 launch Points and Rules post, on theMatch Threads and Player Ratings board, right now.  Ooooh!

The first guessing thread will be up later this week for the ManU game on the 14th.
