Not sure if its too late Lee but could you ask them why they do not respond to emails? (AVTV)

I've been trying to cancel my subscription.

- tried on the online form too - nothing.

I had a subscription question for them so I used the online form and got a answer within the hour!

Thank you all for your contributions. All relevant points were put forward apart from one which I forgot about (the criteria text message [sorry, CDVF!]) which will be rectified by email. Prototype new site looks a lot better and has a couple of new features.

How did you get involved in that lee?

I was asked to pre-test the new AVTV format (see post in GM) and I think it stemmed from my feedback on that.
