No surprises we concede goals with Sanchez out of position as a CB. I've no idea what that is all about.

I'd actually play him there but only if we go to a back 3, same for Richards.

It's vital we get another CB in, yes it's only a friendly but slack marking and positioning will be punished in the prem aswell.

No! Not a back three! That sounds boring. I want more attackers not defenders.

Same feeling leaving the ground as watching the Wolves game, we were much better technically, but defensively we look disorganised. We need a top class dominating Cah and similar standard keeper Richards would be way better as right back.

Singing "who are ya" after we score . . .

In a friendly? Against forest?

Really? We're not fucking Walsall.

Lescott would play left side CB, but yes I would be pleased if we signed him too.

You're not gonna play Clark and lescott together as two lefties unless in extremis

I can only see Richards playing CB and quite like the look of a Richards and Lescott partnership.

It crossed my mind that Baker got a new contract because we couldn't get Lescott.

I don't think they just hand contracts out. I imagine it's just coincidence that we allegedly approached Albion about Lescott and Baker signed a new deal. In fact I am sure that even if we signed Lescott, Baker would received a new contract.

Curates oeuf.   Good in parts.   Amavi is going to be very popular with the Villa fans.   I fear for Joe Cole's health.   How can he not have got some weight off in the summer if he wants to play Premiership football?   Sanchez seems to have spent the summer pumping iron.  Talk about brick shithouse.   On the subject of those, Richards has to play right back.
