It's the only thing I've wanted us to win. 37 years is a long time to wait. If we win, half of me thinks I may just stop, that would be it.

My Dad was there in 57, I used to love the song My eyes have seen the glory of the Villa win the Cup, 7 times we won it no one else can catch us up.So like lots on here it is the missing link. I will be thinking of family no longer here when Abide with me is sung. There will be a few tears.UTV

My Dad will be there with me, but I'll be thinking of my Villa mad Grandad who passed away in 2003. Just before he died, he gave me one of his old books on the Football League in which he wrote "In the hope that when Villa next win the Cup, you'll be there cheering for me". I hope I will be.
