Cleverley for me it was the pass that made it

Delph v Liverpool

The build up was brilliant and that drag back is the stuff of great wonder.

 :D

Oh and can you imagine the perpetual bollocks about StevieMe and the fans' favourite send off on his birthday had it not happened

Weimann at Stoke. That seems at least 5 years ago.

One not included that I really loved:
Benteke's header against Everton - as soon as it left Delph's boot and I could see The Beast in the box I just knew where it was going to end up!
The second's anticipation and perfect execution were bliss!

(I went for Gil's for a stunner out of nowhere, but some cracking/important goals there!)

It's between the 2 benteke ones at the start for me, mainly because watching us at the time was painful, so 2 brilliant solo goals to break up the mind-numbing tedium just stand out.  I voted for the first because it's benteke doing what he's not supposed to be good at, working hard and closing down the defender to win the ball back, the followed by the brilliance all Villa fans know is there but other teams/fans just don't seem to appreciate.

I can totally understand votes for Gil, Delph and Cleverley though, all very good goals.

The winner a week on Saturday. However scruffy.

Our goal of the season was to stay up.

The real goal of the season will be the scuffed-in-off-someone's-arse match-winner at Wembley against Arsenal.

That said, I did pick Sinclair from the goals selected by Pravda.
