Very nervy on the Holte today. Seemed fairly quiet in L4 considering it was essentially full.
Although there were moments towards the end when they were lumping it up to Collins that most of us wished we were still hiding behind the flag.

That's a stonking pic, can I/we nick it for FB?

Fill your boots sir. Thanks for asking.
I've nicked it too Thank you x

P.S Sorry is that Ok ?

There's something Bankys-esque about that photo. F*cking brilliant.

Just heard on the radio that our goal keeping coach Tony Parkes' son died today. That's all that was said. Awful news.

So sad.
Tragic, from what I can see his son Joe had a very serious car crash in 2013 and was in a coma. During AVB's time at Spurs this occurred and the players wore supportive tea shirts .

Three points. Be all and end today for me.

Chuffed to bits with the win, thought Cleverley was superb again as was Jack.  Thought at times we went backwards too much when we could have committed their defenders but maybe that was my anxiety kicking in. My nerves didn't do too well today!

Have to say James Collins did a real job on Tekkers. He roughed him up at every opportunity and won so much in the air.

After the season we've had we certainly can't take wins for granted, and this was a really good one.

The only Downside: Some fans in the Upper signing "where were you when we were shit" when the attendance was announced. Thought that was pretty classless TBH.

Was it, raised a rye smile from me. Are people not allowed to take the piss out of people now attending games to get credits on their reference for possible Wembley tickets?

Nothing wrong with a bit of spur of the moment humour from the Holte. Besides, it's no different to singing it to other club's glory hunters!!

I thought we were excellent again first half. We were slick in our passing, pressed them well and created chances. Great to see Miln... Cleverley pop up with another goal. We've gone from not have midfielders get anywhere near the box, to three or four hitting it all at once.

Second half I thought pressure told. We were sloppy in our possession and a bit more blunt in our penetration. West Ham came into it more, but in retrospect, they created nothing.

An excellent win.

Just seen Tims after match interview. Jores Okora was carrying an injury today.

Tim "... I can't express how much he put his body on the line today..."

Full of praise for Tom Cleverley, too

Bacuna needs to keep his hands off people in the box. That's twice now - CiŁy away and today he's got away with it.

Cleverly was my MOTM

Grealish excellent but sometimes he's doing too much dribbling & ends up going backwards instead of forwards, have to remember he's only a kid

Okore excellent too, something about him reminds me of Paul McGrath

I'd like to give Westwood a mention, he played fantastic today and allowed young jack to strut his stuff. He hasn't had the credit he's deserved lately in my opinion.

Very good point MB. He does the simple things quietly and very well. Credit to whoever spotted and signed him.
He does what Sanchez can't do. Jesus Sanchez in his brief cameo gave the ball away poorly at least twice.

Agreed MB, Westwood is becoming one of those players that's important to the side and how we play, but you don't really notice until he's not there. If that makes sense.
