One positive is its been down to a couple of howlers. Nobody expected us to get anything here today so we can move on to the next games with some confidence (assuming we avoid a walloping here, which i think we will).

That's the way I see it too. You can lose and still take something from a game like this. It doesn't have to dent our confidence. Under Lambo we'd have crumbled and been humiliated.

I'd also suggest that our problems this season and last weren't about losing to the likes of Man City, it was stuff like having the double done over us by the likes of Crystal Fecking Palace.

I wonder how many of us feared a pasting when we went one down. We have more about us these days. Based on the radio commentary we've been the better side, let down by a couple of errors.
