Staying in Whitechapel - any recommendations for somewhere to go for a decent breakfast round there?

I think there is a Weatherspoons nearby.

Chiltern Railways have posted the timetable for the final (won't show in online systems until a few days before the game)

https://www.chilternrailways.co.uk/sites/default/files/FA%20Cup%20Final%2030%20May.pdf

My plan will probably be to get the 10:53 from Moor street, getting in for 12:39. Last train back from the stadium station seems to be 23:01, which is reasonable.

There's a really good and cheap cafe on the corner right opposite the front entrance.

I'll second that and there's a ladbrokes next door to get some bets on.

The sports bar on the right hand corner as you come out of the main entrance of the station does a good breakfast and it's open from 10am, but it isn't cheap.

That's about a 10 minute walk. Next to Baker Street station

Despite them previously insisting that we were Red Car Park only. I've had an email from CSP that suggests that Villa cars can also use the Yellow car park. Therefore I'll be trying to talk my way into there.
