I'd like to claim all credit for the wins over Spurs and Liverpool because of my new strategy of predicting a winning score for Villa that is so ludicrously biased, it pulls then over the line. So in that spirit, Manchester Used To Be Quite Likeable But Now The Puppets Of An Oppressive Carbon Regime City 1 - 9 Aston Always On The Side Of The Angels Villa.

we are much better now with a much better manager but lets be real here, their squad is chocked full of expensive quality players and they are the reigning champions. if they have an off day and we are on it then I can see us getting a point. 1-1

That's it for me too.  Draw would be brilliant.

As someone has already pointed out this is a game made for Sanchez's physicality. Toure has been turning in a few half arsed displays just lately and is not that quick around midfield. Gabby to come in ,if fit, and firing on all cylinders, and I think we have a very good chance of winning

1-2 to our lads  Agbonlahor and Richardson.

Anybody know of decent parking near the stadium?
Lots of official  parking places all at £10 near the ground otherwise long walk if you park away from the ground.

Depends on what you call a long walk. I'm planning to park in town and walk over. Looks like about a couple of miles, so about 30 mins

Can I suggest getting the metrolink from Shudehill Bus Station or Market Street.  You can get it straight to City's ground.  The stop is called the Etihad Campus.

I realise that they're a different prospect to Liverpool, but if we can get into them and match them in midfield than I believe that we can give them a game. If Toure and Lampard both play they'll really struggle with our energy in midfield. If Gabby's back I also think that he and Benteke could cause Managala and Demichelis some serious problems. Although I agree that Sanchez's physicality would be welcome, I think it'd be very harsh to drop Westwood after the weekend, so would leave him in there.

My big worry would be Navas running at Richardson, so might be tempted to bring Cissokho in. He'll have a point to prove ahead of the Cup Final too.

Tim Sherwood has confirmed that Philippe Senderos and Aly Cissokho return to the squad for the Man City match on Saturday.

Senderos and Cissokho played 90 minutes for the U21s in their game with Newcastle on Monday.

And boss Sherwood says the pair will be back involved with the first team for the trip to the Etihad Stadium.

Sherwood also revealed that Nathan Baker and Ciaran Clark will miss out this weekend.

Baker is out with a knee injury and will be assessed on a week-to-week basis.

The manager said that it looks like Clark, injured against Tottenham, will be out for the rest of the season, a big blow as the centre-half has been one of the best performers this term.

Gabby Agbonlahor is facing a race against time for the clash with Manuel Pellegrini's side.

Sherwood said he hopes to see the pace ace available for the Man City match.

But, if not, he is confident of having Agbonlahor in the squad for the Everton encounter the following weekend.

That seems to suggest that Nathan Baker may not be out for the rest of the season as many thought had been reported .
