We need points to stay up not worry about May 30th. Full strength time and just hope that we don't pick up injuries. Which we seemingly always do.

I would send out a shadow squad as reward for their efforts on Sunday - this game was always a hiding to nothing so keep them fresh for Wet Spam - we beat them and a bit of fortune with other results and we can coast to the final

Guzan

Lowton
Vlaar (needs fitness)
Okore
Richardson (as Vlaar)

Sanchez
Nzogbia
 Gil

Cole
Sinclair
Weinmann

Sinclair can't play as he's a City player still, and we do not want to be coasting up to the final. Even after we're safe we need to make sure we retain a good level of form come the end of May.

I'll go for a high-scoring game on Saturday, maybe 4-4.

I'd take that!  I'll be watching from a pub in Plymouth after a day painting boats and stuff.

We'll go stronger than that Hookey.
Sherwood wants points.

Since the final is after the end of the league season, it should be irrelevant to selection policy.

During that year (years?) when the cup final was in-season it might have had an influence on selection but not now.

If players miss the final because the are burnt out / injured due to the effort put in to ensure league survival, then so be it.

Every time I've gone too Man City we've been annihilated, even when they were shit and we were ok, I'm not going this time.... 1-1 N'zogbia.

Hoping for a draw or a surprise win. Perhaps I am still drunk on Sundays euphoria.

Timmy doesn't really do draws. QPR was an oddity. I think either City win this, or we poke them in the eye and run off with their wallet. I fancy us to win. They look like they're ready for the beach.

1-2
Benteke, Grealish

Lots of official  parking places all at £10 near the ground otherwise long walk if you park away from the ground.

Snap your hand off for a draw.  Sadly can only see a 2-0 loss.

2-2 with us coming from 1-0 and 2-1 to get the point.  Benteke with both (Kompany is a big loss).  Grealish could be the key though, Man City don't seem to have any capable of sitting in the hole and protecting the back 4 which is why they've struggled, get Grealish in the gap and on the ball and he can make things happen in this one.

As others have said Man City look to have fallen apart at the worst possible time right now.

Cheers, I'll probably just stick to that then.
