Our defence terrifies me more than an ISIS meat raffle.

After Sunday, I came away thinking we have no chance

However it is now Tuesday and I have high hopes again, I have no doubt that we will play well, but as others have said it all depends on how well we defend (as a team)

As my wife said to me yesterday "are you only going to talk about that final this week" i repliesd "YES"

It appears Danny Welbeck is out and if Giroud doesn't turn up that would help our cause.

We'll start with the same 11 who played in the semi, unless Given & Richardson aren't fit. Our best performances over the last few months, have been with this team.

Arsenal's midfield is their strength, we have to match their numbers & keep them busy marking Grealish, Delph & N'Zogbia. Corzola won't want to be chasing Grealish all afternoon, Coquelin will give away lots of free kicks. Our delivery needs to be better than it has been.

Our players will want this more & we want this more. I believe our collective desire will bridge any gap in quality. They've had to go to extra time in their last 3 games at Wembley & everyone thinks they're certainties. They are not.

We have to believe we can do it.

Walcott played up front Sunday and scored 3. So Giroud may not even make the team.

Walcott vs Okore does concern me.

I'm trying not to think about tactics too much.  I watched the Liverpool match last night, again and if we play that high up the pitch we will hurt Arsenal.  I think we should also shoot on sight more, rather than trying to work the ball into the box.

Our whole defence worries me, looks very much like Okore won't even be playing. I watched how Sunderland played Arsenal and it was very much backs to the wall second half, well organised defending. We don't have the players to play like that, so I think we will have to try and attack them.

Anyone know of any Villa friendly pubs in and around London that would be good for post match drinks? Staying at a mates in Tooting on the Saturday night.

Apologies if already mentioned.

Recommendations for pubs on New St or near the ground where you think will have the best atmosphere?

Thanks

That's where he should be played anyway I reckon, he's wasted out wide. Let's hope he picks up an injury in training this week.
