I think it's clear that Sherwood does not rate Cissohko, Lowton, Gil or Weimann as none of them have featured much or at all in weeks.

I hope that Sherwood is playing mind games when saying we'll go toe to toe with them, otherwise we'll be talking in years to come about our naivety. We need to keep things tight, close down the space, hassle them & hit them when we turn the ball over.

Arsenal's players & fans will be confident that they will beat us & in truth they should. But we might just surprise them, nobody gave us a hope against Liverpool.

Reading gave them a fright, sure we can.

On paper they should beat us,
but this is Wembley in the FA cup final so anything is possible

Arsenal are the biggest bottlers in football, even the undead beat them against all the odds,
If they arnt on their game next week we will beat them,
we want it more than them of that I'm certain, fans and players alike and that will count for a lot come Saturday

Allow their midfield space and we will toil

Could one not post exactly the same thing on an Arsenal forum, though?

Yes Steer played for Yeovil. If Given doesn't make it,  who would then be the sub keeper?
I think next in line would be Brad Watkins unless he's cup tied. Failing that Nigel Spink is a handy sub keeper in major cup finals.

Or play like we did in the Semi and so will they.

If Delph, Cleverley and Westwood play to their very best levels (and Westwood did yesterday) we have a fair chance of winning. If Tim Sherwood plays the successful combination of Benteke, N'Zogbia and Grealish up front we have a very good chance indeed

If,however, he plays Agbonlahor in any position we might as well stay in the Midlands and watch it on the box.

Carlos Sanchez will more than likely come on at some stage to add some power to the midfield

Tim may need to change it around once or twice if things are going against us. One bonus of our last two dreadful performances is that certain Arsenal players may think they have won it already. Arsene Wenger wouldn't think that way but their pampered so called stars could show a lack of fight if we can get an early goal.

Christian Benteke the time has come. Your club needs you performing like the world star you could be. Destroy their defence!

Even before the last two games, we are playing one of the most football passing orientated teams in the Prem, they are top 3 and we are where we are, thats for a reason.
We need to press constantly, not give them a second to settle and when we have the ball be prepared to move it fast and if needed at times direct, that's why I would not play Gabby, he slows everything down due to his lack of ability.
Given or Guzan in goal.
Not sure about the full backs, if Okore is fit what about Hutton, Vlarr, Okore and Baker as a back 4, not a lot of pace but that may stop us from trying to play too high a line.
Bacunna, Cleverly, Westwood, Delph, Grealish just behind the Beast.

Options of Sanchez, Lowton, Sinclair, Weiman, Richardson and if need be Gabby or Robinson.

What we cant do is let them have time on the ball else they will give us a half dozen new arse holes that's for sure.
We also as a club need to learn from Hull this time last year it was a final and sunshine, now it is hello Championship, this shit has to end Villa and no better way of turning it around than as FA Cup Winners 2015.

If Sunderland could stiffle them last week I'm certainly giving us a chance. As to the Gabby question,I think he will play a roll because Arsenal are terrified of his pace. Some players are suited against certaun teams and I think this is just such a case.
We will be well prepared for this game because we clearly were only thinking about it during the last two fixtures.

I am not saying we will win it but I do think we will give a far better account than our most recent games suggest.

Are we allowed an emergency loan goalkeeper? If so, presumably we could just have our pick of any keeper who hasn't played in the cup this year... like Courtois or Valdes?

I thought that but both Vorm and Lloris have played in the cup. Recall for Big Brad? Would be a good finale to his career going to collect a medal at Wembley.

Gabby? Speed? Really? Slowed us down every time yesterday and to accommodate him we revert to the hoof to Benteke which never worked at its best.Say it again, the guy should stay  in Brum next Saturday.

Why would we need an emergency keeper when we have two fit ones?
