Unfortunately, I don’t even have the comfort of my own home or local pub to watch the final, because post-game I have to see a mate’s record launch gig.

So I’m looking for “proper” pubs in the Shoreditch area. Not a chance.

Random interjection, but the Baring pub is a ten minute bus from Shoreditch (or twenty minute walk). Landlord is Villa and shows all the football, generally a great little pub. Watched the semi-final in there and the place went mental when Delph scored.
I have been known to frequent this pub, along with the Rosemary Branch, but not when there's football on. Good insider knowledge!

I'm still gobsmacked. I'm not even joking. How the hell did I pull that off? Twice? Mine is a Cat 4 with a restricted view, which is something to do with a guardrail from what I can glean. But at 4pm I was going to be sat at home, so there's no way I'm complaining!

Before this goes all Nicholas Sparks, please let me publicly thank KRS, philp52, the Doc, Jim Bradley (who has very cruelly missed out by one ticket, so please, if you hear of a spare, give him a heads up, which is the least his generosity deserves), murfee, amfy and Mr Woodhall. But really, it's a thanks to all of you for your good wishes. Two people are going to see Villa in an FA Cup Final, and it's members of this forum that got them there. Whatever the result, whatever we've got to moan about, H&V has accomplished what I consider to be a miracle.

Now, let's win ourselves an FA Cup.

A great result ....it's been emotional . Queued all night to get one for my mate who thought he had no chance with only five. I managed to get one of my games added for him ... He is gonna get a nice surprise. And then on here this afternoon I found out what it means to be part of the greatest set of fans in the land. For all those who didn't manage to make it be assured those that have, will make you proud !! VTID

Good on you murfee. Let's hope it's our year now.

A Claret and Blue Crayfish has been discovered in Indonesia, how can it not be our year?

Does this shirt for a tenner offer include the cup final special shirt?

What is this shirt for a tenner you speak of?

you get a 'shirt for a tenner' voucher with home match tickets at the moment.

I think it applies to replica shirts only.

Lovely cheers. I presume it's just this seasons options and not the retro selection?

Still a decent offer mind you.

The shirt for a tenner doesn't apply to the FA Cup special, no.

Just this year's home and away shirts. I've got a couple of vouchers not used if anybody would like them.

Really ? They didn't give me one with my ticket last Saturday, the feckers.

You can probably get the FA Cup stuff printed on it for £29.99.

We just need a bug to sweep through the Arsenal team, like it did to us before the league game at Villa Park.
