I'll be queuing early tomorrow although haven't got a clue how many tickets are left!
I'm desperately hunting for a spare client ref no for 7+ games for a ticket for my Son. Is there any kind hearted soul out there who can't make it to Wembley and would be prepared to pass on their client ref? Here's hoping!
Off to try and get some shut eye now before heading down to VP early. Have had no luck with the extra client ref no but still have everything crossed. If anyone has one please PM me and I'll pick up in the early hours! Will make a donation to H&V site if manage to get the extra ticket! Thanks everyone and good luck to all ticket hunters for tomorrow.  :) :) :)

I am splitting the difference and going for about 5am.

I can't afford to go any earlier with a full day at work to follow, and can't afford to go any later because I will end up too late for work for them to turn a blind eye.

Worse than this, it is our 'duty week' which means I have absolutely no way of knowing what time I will finish work tomorrow (on duty week 10pm to midnight finishes are really common, even with a 9am start)

On the plus side, at least I have finished early enough today to get an early night. The problem is - how am I supposed to sleep at this time with all the excitement and nerves?

If I can get these 2 tomorrow, that really is pretty much everyone we could hope to get one for sorted. I really didn't think we had any hope of getting this close to that scenario. Please please let it happen!

Queue almost gone by the looks of this blog

http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/aston-villa-fa-cup-tickets-9238250

Almost gone?

You are joking. Thats 2 hours from the back of that photo and queue was a good 200 yards longer at 8am.......with me at the back!

That's an odd photo. The queue went down the side of the Academy, round the side car park and back up the side of the club offices.

This just shows what this damned Cup means to us - I have my tickets and feel almost (almost but not quite) guilty about it - for anyone who cannot get down or do it online I phoned yesterday at 9AM and it took exactly 43 minutes to get through and then 17 minutes waiting on hold - I was dying for a pee (of course) and terrified I would knock the receiver and cut myself off. When Rob answered the phone his voice was like an angel ;-)

I met a Spurs fan at work today who said they are all behind the Villa!  We were looking at the pictures of queues at VP and he said he thought there was an obvious winner for football - us!
(Annoyed they let TS go, and incredibly impressed with Jack G)

Same for the Baggies, West ham, Man U and Liverpool fans there, strangely enough.  I must admit, I was surprised at the unanimity of support!

Clearly it's a little moment of goodwill in an otherwise cruel and unfriendly world of dodgy referees.  We've all suffered.
My Gooner friends are looking nervous since they heard they were in the East end and wearing yellow.

I will be on a plane, landing in Birmingham at 2.30 pm on The Day. Argh! Hopefully the tan will be fab. May the Force be with you all. UTV, VTID, COYVB and just get that bloody Cup!

How long have tickets been taking to arrive after ordering? Got mine online today, but need it to arrive in good time.

You should receive it during the week commencing 1st June no worries.

The sleepless nights, worrying if me and my kids will get a ticket are over thank god.
60 hours without sleep from Sunday morning till tues night courtesy of picking my wife up from stansted at midnight Sunday no sleep into, work then a 2pm start from London to vp started queing for tickets at 4pm Monday for Tuesday me and 2 others there.
Stayed at the front all night with a group of about ten of us and nine cones.
Thought I was going to stay all day tues and tues night to get kids tickets because of mix up with Qpr game.
But God bless the lady who served me she sorted it out and got all three today I was so tired I nearly cried ( I did when know one was looking).
Promised myself the classy striped scarf in the vv for Wembley if I got the tickets and at 8-31am today I got it yeeeeeeesssssssssssssssssssss.
Stopped off at beacons field services on m40 for a maccy d and woke up 2 hours later covered in relish and lettuce
This is what f.a. Cup dreams are made of

If you were the guy right at the front then massive fair play to you, I was moderately jealous as you seemed able to sleep! I was there from about 1:30am and didn't manage to get any sleep, but did manage to get Wembley tickets around 8:22 ;)

It was my first time doing an all-nighter outside VP and I actually enjoyed it.
