We will be looking at the Crystals/Silverspoons? whatever it is option for any of our party that can't get tickets because it's right by Wembley, showing the match on big screens, and is Villa only.

Lots of Villa fans who are going to the game will be there for the build up anyway.
That sounds a good back up plan Amfy,  I'm likely to be match ticketless (though I live in hope!) but am travelling to be amongst all the fun. Do you know if Crystals etc is just turn up on the day or can you buy an entrance ticket beforehand? At the LC Final v Man U I paid a few quid for a ticket in advance.

You do need to get tickets up front but it is only £10 so a reasonable loss leader! I don't have a link,  (because I am currently too pissed to work out how to do this) but I am sure you can find this - I think Legion knows - I could be wrong.

Driving down early on Tuesday morning - taking day off work. Hopefully it wont be a wasted journey - I could probably go online but knowing my luck my PC would crash.

What time you planning to arrive?

Im thinking 8am as the ticket office opens at 9. For the semis there was apparently 200 in the queue at 9am, but I showed up at 12 and got tickets after only waiting 20 mins. However, as we know a lot less tickets available for the final

Have you sobered up yet?

Is Danny still hiring the place in Ealing - that was a very good venue for the Liverpool Semi Final -  I presume I need to go to the Ads to buy a ticket?

It was a big function room. Had two bars, and opeated a voucher system for the drinks. Worked extremley well and served a good purpose.

funny how official coaches leave at 12 for the final
yet left at 8 for the semi
12 minus 8 = 4
kick off is 2 and a half hours later
and the roads will be busier than a sunday

I know the roads will be busier but we got there about 2 hours before the gates opened

when you say gates do you mean turnstiles
well providing there are no accidents or delays on the motorway
on that basis your coach should get to wembley at 5pm

I think he means the gates/turnstiles @ Wembley.......not the gates to the carpark
