Did anyone sit in the cheaper part behind the goal, lower tier? They have some in 135 for £90 or £70 which I presume are the first few rows. Too low down? Can't see goal other end? Was in 551 before up high and did feel slightly disconnected being so high up

for the sake of another 20 quid mate go for the 90 quid ones
it could be another 30 years before we are in another FA cup final

I looked at that when I was considering moving behind the goal but its a bit misleading. Its not 'View from your seat' its 'View from the back of your block'

The cheaper ones are for the first few rows so the view from seat thing isn't really a good guide. We were on row 3 of block 134, so the cheaper of the 2 different price categories for that block. Great view of the near goal and being close to the celebrations etc.

However I personally felt it was a bit too low down. At times it was hard to tell what was happening down the other end and I found myself watching the big screen at times.

We were on row 25 of block 133 for the semi final and while it was a decent enough view, a bit further back would have been even better.

My Dad foolishly booked a cruise prior to the 1/4 finals on the date of the final so my young lad has used his code. I'm then giving his code (4 FA Cup and 12 PL games) to my mate but will they sell him an adult ticket on a kids code? I know all the tickets were the same last time so do you think it's best to just buy a kids ticket on that code. Only difference I can see is that there are different coloured lights when you walk through the turnstiles. Depends what steward you get?

Have a monkey ready to slip the steward if the computer says No

Got my ticket.  Tried to sit as near as I could where I was for the semi-final.

Took Problem Chimp to the FA Cup Final

Edit: Just brushed up on my cockney money slang and a monkey is £500. Would it not make more sense to just to pay the extra tenner?

For normal away games, you can upgrade a kids ticket so I don't see why you couldn't this time. It's downgrading them that you can't do apparently.

My dad too! Is he sailing from Southampton at 4pm? They might watch it together ;)

If it was explained about the child on the the adult ref you'd think they'd be sympathetic, also semi concessions tix turned out to be identical to adult, don't know if final ones have been eyeballed yet to see if it's the same?

I think he is going out a few days before Norwegian one so he's hoping to watch it over there.
