Yep they are trying to boost the last games sales. The last two days criteria look a bit squeaky bum time

The ticket pricing is taking the piss. I'm sure they could sell the allocation 10 times over at the prices listed but that doesn't make it right.

Unfortunately it's all about business these days.

I think the kids prices are ridiculous.

Hopefully not! I'd envisage they've done their sums and looked at semi final numbers and got it about right.

Had an interesting conversation with the TO just before. Had to wait 20 mins to get through but can't imagine I was the only person with similar questions. Was worried about my sons eligibility (Villa cash with 5+ games). They say away games and the FAC semi add to his eligibility and on the question of whether there were enough tickets to cover all of the criteria published she said it depends on how many ST holders take a ticket. She was unsure when I said that I thought we had about 18k

I realize I'm not paying the ticket price but for a cup final those prices aren't bad. Superbowl tickets as a comparison I think had a face value of $900 or $1000 for example for a one off event. I paid $600 in 2005 to watch Pittsburgh vs Seattle. As a once in a lifetime event as it will be for some then it's kind of the going rate.

yea but footy only last 90 mins whereas the superbowl is about 17 hours isn't it?

I might go in the upper tier for this one so I can be sure of a view of us being presented with the cup.

yeah what block is it where the players have to walk up the steps to get the cup and get theirs backs patted and handed scarfes

Club Wembley, Bobby Moore club section.  I was there on Sunday, sat on the aisle that the lads will walk up after the final.

Another good omen for me. When I dropped my dog off at the kennels last weekend I discovered the guy at the kennels was a Liverpool supporter. I'm having a haircut next week - and the guy who cuts my hair is an Arsenal supporter. Our name's on it.
