People are ignoring the most important thing in all this worry about tickets, winning a trophy etc

And that is, who will record our cup final song?

Personally I'm voting for Colin Davies. I do hope our Benjamin writes another poem mind you.

Dave Chance has done another one. It was played on WM last night. It was a version of Ghost Riders.

Never mind the song, what about the Cup Final suits? Ciro Citterio went tits up years ago so what the hell are they going to wear for the short coach trip from their hotel to the stadium?

N'Zog has put his name forward to sort this out.

They might all wear gilets ( which is easier for me to spell than pronounce)

Another alcohol fueled song we managed on the way back from the game needs an airing...

HI OH, HI Oh,
There's nothing in you fridge.

Hi OH, Hi OH,
There's nothing in your fridge.

Your Mother's into Drum and Bass
Your Father's into Trance.

We're all doing a Wembley Dance

Repeat.

Mr.T.Fox.
Villa Park.
Birmingham.
B6 6HE.

Dear Sir,
First of all let me stress that this isn't a begging letter for a Cup Final ticket.
I just thought that you might like to know of my family's part in our history. My great, great, great granddad was the lamp lighter who lit the lamp on that fateful evening when our club was formed. And it was in 1888  over a couple of pints in the pub my great, great uncle mentioned to Mr.MacGregor that it was about time football was put on a more competitive basis and teams should play each other home and away and points be awarded for a win or a draw with the team with most points at the end of the season being declared champions.
Then in 1974 whilst the clamour to bring in Brian Clough was at it's height my dad had a quiet word with the chairman and mentioned that Mr.Saunders
would be a better choice to manage our club and restore us to our rightful place at the pinnacle of football.
And I understand that it was my letter to you saying that Paul Lambert should be replaced by Tim Sherwood was the catalyst for what has happened to our great club since then.
So you see my family's DNA and that of the club are so entwined you can't tell us apart.
As I said at the beginning this isn't a begging letter for a Cup Final ticket but if one were to turn up in the post I wouldn't be so churlish as to refuse to accept such a magnificent gift.
                                                                                                                                                      Yours Sincerely.
                                                                                                                                                       The Laughing Policeman.

I used to sing the original of that but that one is much better, the original was "Couldn't fill a fridge" (empty grounds) Mothers in to tupperware your fathers into pants, we're all doing the Holte end Dance.

Jon Moss to be the ref. Looking for omens, another 90th minute penalty like the one he gave against Albion in the league would be nice.
