Look at you all. Gloating and going on.

Heartless bastards. Have none of you given a thought about poor Steven Gerrard?

I have, and once I'd finished laughing I reached the conclusion that the only sensible response was "fuck off you twat"

Great performance today!

We owned the mickey mousers and ruined poor Stevie's day.

A similar performance and result in the final will do nicely :)

Best Villa performance since I don't know when apart from the last 5 minutes when I was convinced that they were going to score. A total team performance 11 men of the match

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant.

That was no fluke either - we outplayed them and deserved it.

Best book a flight.

How good is Grealish's no-look pass there? That's really, really special. What a player we have.

Same bunch of players. It's an amazing case study in football / sports management.  The team are totally unrecognisable from the Lambert era.  To turn things around from so utterly crap to brilliant in a couple of months is fantastic.  Credit to Lerner (dare I say it) for finally pulling the trigger.  Jammy bugger.
