Apart from a few seasons under MON our ratio has always been among the worst. Whether finishing 6th or 16th.

yes you're right, is it not worth trying to address the issue?

To make any noticeable difference prices would have to be significantly reduced. When we've had cheap ticket games in the past we haven't suddenly pulled in a massive crowd. And look at the FA Cup attendances when it's cheaper to get into Villa Park than it is most Conference grounds.

I'm just happy that it hasn't gone up in price ....

Maybe the lack of certainty around which division we'll be in helped that decision.

I'll be renewing - I'm just a masochist !!

I won't be renewing next year, but that is down to trying to buy a house, rather than the poor football and lack of success.

Hopefully should get to quite a few games though and I won't miss the Monday night games....

I've just emailed the club complaining about the underhand way that they have increased the price of the season tickets whilst pretending that they have frozen them. I await their reply  - and feel I may have to wait a long time!

I paid £22 to watch Crewe draw 0-0 with Crawley last Friday.

I think that you've got into most Villa games for less than that this season, haven't you Mr Shin ?

Based on my experience when I questioned the discrepancy in FA Cup pricing, they'll have a pre-planned excuse/explanation. When you pick holes in that and they have to admit that their reasoning is wrong, they'll then come up with another way of justifying the change.

I've paid that once this season at VP. Albion in the league which was £25. I've done 14 or 15 games so far.

I shall have a season ticket after a break this season as protest against the last manager and the owner's in/actions

Have missed being able to just roll up and take my seat but I have seen parts of the ground I haven't been in for decades
Saved money using Viagogo whenever possible and could have averaged £22 a Prem game if I hadn't been picky

I've never used Viagogo. Does it still allow you to assign booking history to client ref if you purchase tickets via Viagogo?

I'm not sure if I can commit to all home games so thinking of getting Villa Cash then pick and choose as many home and away games as possible. Any news on when the Villa Cash will be available to buy for next season?

You can add your client ref no Viagogo.

Yep, with the reduced Villa Cash they've put the prices up.
Renewed today and yes it will cost me extra £29.50 with this 5% reduction.
