Your choice of song for Wembley

I saw on the factual site of Facebook today that Aston Villa that's who has been chosen for when the team comes out.

It's a good song, but hardly the rousing anthem that we need before the dippers start wailing you'll never walk alone.

Does anyone know what has been chosen?

There were 1,471 unique IP address votes for the Wembley song (these were de-duped by IP address to account for multiple voting). The winning song with 25% of the vote was Aston Villa That’s Who (2nd Hi Ho Silver with 20% and 3rd Ghost Riders in the sky with 17%).  All of the songs will be played at some point during the build-up. How embarrassing. With all due respect to the writers, it just doesn't hit the spot. We simply don't have a club anthem, and the only way we will is if it happens completely organically. Hopefully the fans' singing will drown out both this and that other crap from the most knowledgable fans in football.

It's dire.  Sounds like a Paul Lambert half time team talk set to the tune of a b side from a Wurzels song.  The OS says "It has captured the imagination of the claret and blue faithful with messageboards praising the tune as well as the lyrics, which hail the history and heritage of our famous club.".  Must have missed all the praise.

My mate, a Bolton fan came to the qf with me, he wondered what the hell was being played. Its very bland. Them lot will have their 'anthem' and we have this shocker. Ghost riders would have got the antmospehere going

Organically, you say? I for one categorically refuse to sing along to organ music having been traumatised as a young seminarian when Brother Harry played psychedelic Beatles records on his organ.

On second thought, I have changed my mind and maybe we should sing this.  The key of C with no octave leaps should well suit our vocalists and they could give it the full gun.
