I bought my tickets online a couple of days back. The confirmation email I received from the club doesn't contain any details of block or seat numbers, just our booking references and the price category of the tickets for each person. Is this the same as other folks that have bought online?

Ordered mine over the phone and asked for details as my mate's disabled daughter can't cope with lower positioned seating - I was told they couldn't give any details about block, seat numbers etc but that the seats would be fine for her. Other people on here seem to have actually selected which block and seats they wanted - is that an option that is only available online? If fans can select specific seats online surely the ticket office can see on their system where the seats are and pass on to me some pretty basic info.I have had similar when booking away games though...unless price is affected by upper/lower tiers like Everton.
No sign of my ticket yet. It was booked by phone on the first morning they went on sale.I wasn't worried until people started getting them. Now I am mildy concerned !

It was obvious category one would be lower tier. Then when the booking was complete it gave me my specific seat details in my booking confirmation (It was the standard booking confirmation you get when booking tickets online). Which I took a screen shot of. Those details in turn matched my ticket details.
