Holders Birmingham Bears will face Northants Steelbacks in the semi-finals of the T20 Blast at Edgbaston.

The other semi-final sees Lancashire Lightning and Hampshire meet in a repeat of last year's Finals Day.

Both matches will be played on Saturday, 29 August before the final the same evening.

Hampshire have reached Finals Day for a sixth consecutive year while Birmingham will look to be the first county to successfully defend the title.

The England and Wales Cricket Board is yet to confirm what order the semi-finals will be played.

Is it my paranoia, or are Villa ALWAYS at home when the Bears are in a final/ finals day?

Surely one will have to be rearranged, how will WMP be expected to cope?

Yes....hoping Bears play first and win - dash to Villa Park and then dash back to Edgbaston for the final.

Well i'm hoping they will do the sensible thing and put us on first to enable supporters of Lancs and Hants a little more travelling time....as they did last year.
