Lancashire 145/6 (20/20 ov)
Warwickshire 137 (19.5/20 ov)
Lancashire won by 8 runs

Croft named man of the match, scoring 64 not out of 51 balls with 3 sixes and 6 fours.
McCullum got a decent 41 off 25 balls with 4 sixes and 2 fours. The only other batsman to get more than 20 was Lewis with 22.

Disappointing night for the Bears losing to Lancs by 8 runs. Chopra as far as i am concerned cost us that game with his strange decisions in their innings. Clarke was bowling really well,3 overs for 7 runs and a wicket ,so he takes him off never to return to bowl his one remaining over.Javid also had overs left ,so who does he go for to bowl the last 4 overs,OHD and Gordon who went for a sackful ,just as they did last week .To make matters worse he failed with the bat yet again. The only reason he is still in the team is he is the captain

Agreed, Chopra should be nowhere near the T20 side and should concentrate on improving his 4 day form.

Somerset 265
Warwickshire 22/0 (10.0 ov)
Warwickshire trail by 243 runs with 10 wickets remaining in the 1st innings

Good day in the CC game against Somerset, although we let the tail wag strongly again.  They were 186/8 at one point.

Jeets seems to get wickets in any conditions and deserved his 5.

Chris Woakes took 3 wickets an an excellent 4 over spell after lunch. Barker is playing, but he is obviously not back to full fitness.

Decent day for the Bears but could and should have been better. The last pair added 65 but were let off the hook at the start of the partnership by a dropped catch The culprit was Chopra, the bloke is having a torrid time at the moment

Now moved on to 71-1 Evans coming in at 3 instead of Trott.
Westwood 28*

Not since April 2014 have we had a century stand for the first wicket!!!

Chopra's captaincy has always been a little odd. I remember a t20 against Somerset a couple of years ago, where rankin bowled 3 overs for about 10 runs and he didn't bowl him his 4th. The last over went for about 25 I recall

Another century for the most in form batsman in the country, Bairstow helps Yorkshire recover from 57/3 to 227/3 against Worcester.
