I was there as well..........a truly, truly stunning T/20 innings

I was at Edgbaston earlier as well and all I can say is that was as the level of batting performance I have only ever seen before from Brian Lara.  I've seen internationals dominate at domestic level before, but not like that.  He was in total control from ball one and seemed to have so much time at the crease.  I can't say the Derbyshire bowlers were that bad either, he was just that good.  Really special stuff.

A stunningly good performance, he was in total control throughout.

Noticed Lancashire tweeted 'can we play you every week?' after beating Yorkshire for the second time in the hit and run. Obviously they can't but they could play them a couple more times a season if they were to get promoted from the second division of the County Championship.

Neither team are called "Bears" or "Pears" though, interloper!

Ah, I hadn't noticed that second slash in the title!

Big match starting today. Probably need to win to have any chance of the title. Yorkshire look pretty strong so far though.

I assume this means they are not using the same pitch as last time!
