Judging by the other Saturday fixtures I would guess we will be the Sunday game because on the Saturday Smethwick are away at Palace and Small Heath are at Watford without even looking at the other London games.

It will be decided by BBC and BT and not by where Smethwick and Small Heath are playing.

If we played on the Sunday we'd still take more down on Saturday than the other two put together.

Why on earth would that affect which TV company chooses which game?
And what do you think would have happened had we missed Albion in the quarters and met them in the semi.. played the first half in front of their fans in the Saturday and the second half in front of us on Sunday?
The only other game that would be taken into consideration would be if Arsenal go through in the Champions League tomorrow.

Probably - but after the fall out from the immediate aftermath of the quarter final some police somewhere might want more of a say. It was like a return to the eighties after all. Sorry - the sarcasm intended didn't come across.

The Met manage to deal with Millwall hunting out Spurs and West Ham every other week, I reckon they can cope with our lesser neighbours being 10 miles away.

It's more a question of people sharing trains, possibly meeting at the London stations etc. I think this will be a Sunday game.

Who actually gets first pick on the cup semi final seeing as BT got the Liverpool replay. If it's BBC they'll probably put it on Saturday evening for ratings while BT will have the Sunday game

It should be done by geography & which is most convenient for the fans .
But it wont be, itll be whatever suits Arsenal & their easiest possible progress in the Champions League.

The champions league won't be a concern for Arsenal in mid April.
