I'm in Abu Dhabi throughout April and May. The missus and kids are coming out for a weeks holiday from the 12th. I may have to leave them early...

As a serving member of the Armed Forces and currently deployed overseas i cannot believe that the Villa have filled me with so much needed joy!! Not heard the Holte sound like that in a long long time!! Great second half performance overshadowed but idiots at the end. However after the last 5 years you can see why the excitement of a day out at wembley albeit in the Semi Final got a little bit too much for some!! Just hope the boys can make the final as i will be home in time for it!! UTV
Fantastic and really pleased for you.

Pitch invasion = small time.
That said, I'll remember the game far more than the twats at the end.

Fab second half, marred by poor refereeing and the Jonathan Pearce / Lawrenson cringe combo.

I actually like Lawro, talks sense and has a bit of banter. Compare him to Phil Nev or Keown....Snore!

Pearce can do one I agree

Stop being so fucking politically correct, yaba, yaba !!!I
The absolute relief and joy of winning this after the shit we have been fed for the last five years  needed an expression that shows we as fans care.
What would you expect, a polite round of applause. get real.
no violence move on, Delph certainly seemed to enjoy it. Lerner can pay the fine, less than the cost of the balloons.
First half, did not see us having any plan, second half great. Both red cards wrong, but we won !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! onwards and upwards.

What an improvement in the second half.

As for those utter fucking idiots legging it on the pitch before full time, I hope they all get banned. Two nil up and cruising into the semi final, a minute to go and you're running on the fucking pitch?

Small time twats.

Just about sums up my feelings.

Mine too. Pathetic.

They spent the whole game audibly aroused by the referees performance and seemed like lovelorn, heartbroken teens when the ref started cocking up all his decisions.

Villa just game me a semi.
I had a tenner on us winning 2-1 with Delph scoring first.
I'd have been away with over a grand, but I'm actually delighted those twazzocks didn't score.
Today feels good. I think it should be the turning point to a good finish.

Are we destined to meet Bradford in the semi? I hope so. We need revenge.

It's not coming onto the pitch at the end but during the game. that is twattish. That has potential for serious repercussions. It does nothing for us, the team, the fans, anyone. Anyone who thinks it was harmless is probably the same as someone who thinks the 8Bells at Fulham and giving the alrg'un to the residents of Putney shows how hard they are.

Over on the Albion forum they are beating up themselves, and few if any are commenting on the pitch invasion.

I don't know the rules exactly, but could the officials have decided to call the game off? It took a while to clear them off, which then encourages a few more idiots to join in.
Had the ref called the game off I'd have been fucking livid.
