I'm regretting not getting a ticket now. I've been butterfly-nervous all day even though I know that - frankly - Tuesday was a more significant game.

Focused Sherwood: Rest players for the FA Cup? No chance!

Tim Sherwood produced an icy stare in the midst of the euphoria of the win over the Baggies on Tuesday as he was asked whether resting players for the return of Albion this weekend was in his mind.

"No chance" came his reply as he spoke of his desire to see off WBA again - despite the quick turnaround of matches - and ensure a trip to Wembley in the FA Cup.

On the eve of the top-flight clash, he had said: "We're focusing on Tuesday and then we're looking 100% on Saturday. We want to make it to the semi-final, win that and win the Cup."

His outlook hadn't changed as he addressed the media following the top-flight derby victory over the weekend opponents.

Asked whether he would rest players, he said: "No chance! It's the quarter-final of the FA Cup.

"It's a massive club. There's absolutely no chance of that.

"This win gives the club a huge lift. Now we want to get to Wembley.

"We want to be in the semi-final of the Cup.

"The Cup game is now the most important one for us as it's the next one - and we want to get to Wembley."
