Biggest problem with me apart from a lot of the players not actually being very good with a football is their character.

Hate to say it but Defoe instead of Gabby in this system would work well.
Willem Defoe would work better than gabby
Or even Daniel Defoe.

Good at improvising something when isolated from team-mates.

Against most teams one is never enough but against Villa I fear it will be

Not being funny but Westwood continues to play this straight, head high ball every time. What the hell is anyone meant to do with that kind of shite service.

All we can do is our part. Save up the self-flagellation, negativity and told-you-sos for when it's beyond doubt. Let's try a bit of positive thinking.
If someone happens to think we're going down then kidding yourself that you think we're staying up is helpful how?  Thinking we're going down is hardly a giant leap away from reason and logic.

Stuff logic, this is football. I'm not kidding myself or anybody else. But I'll leave the willing us to go down to bedwetters and fans of other clubs.

Two or three players playing well.  Some doing little, some doing nothing.

Same as it ever was.

Our Father, which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy will be done in earth,
As it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive them that trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
The power, and the glory,
For ever and ever .
Amen

If we don't get anything today we're doomed.

I can't see us scoring so believe this is it.  Final nail in the coffin and we're not even in March.

Come on mate.  That's a bit on the premature side.
