Bloke at work just said "I've had a text off my Albion supporting mate. He says that he hasn't been this excited since he married his sister".

From my experience of these games it's the least 'derby-like' derby imaginable. Any time I've been to one it's as if we're playing the likes of Bolton or Wigan, such is the apathy the majority of villa fans appear to have when it comes to them. I suspect that this pisses them off all the more, which is nice.
I know what you mean but with Wembley at stake I think the atmosphere will be ramped up.

Play it on the Tuesday and have a winner-takes-all League & FA Cup combo

Woke up, still buzzin my head off about this match

Same.

Also, it'd better not be on the fucking Monday night because I've just booked the day off work In case it gets shifted to the Sunday.

Unless we lose the League game, in which case, let's not...

did i hear there was a demand of 18k for the Blues game, this would kind of double that

You'd have to dig up every Boggie who's ever been to an away game in their history to find 18k of them willing to go away. Full of shit like the one who reckons useless Ideye Brown only cost £2.5m instead of the £9m because he's crap.

So they think they could take double as many as usually turn up for their home games?

Yeah, we know what they are.  The Black Country version of Gateshead or Blythe Spartans.

Fickle doesn't even come close.

Pride of the Midlands at stake here...

Not until another Midlands team beats 7 Titles, 7 FA Cups, 5 League Cups, and 1 European Cup.
I think our former number 7 might be taking the piss.

Number 10 (as I call them) wasn't he?
Number 7 Chico, Number 8 McMahon, Number 9 Lochhead, Number 10 Vowden, Number 11 Anderson.

So more of them wanted tickets for small heath away than bothered turning up for West Ham at home. Well i'm convinced. It's not like they take 500 to Everton or anything like that.

My guess at prices for this. £20 Lower North. £25 Holte and £30 Witton and Trinity.

I'd also charge those that went to the first 3 games less. But that will never happen.

There is a rather amusing comparison on Aston Villa Away on Facebook with our following to Everton compared to there 500.

There was a good one from last season too when we took double what they did to Southampton on a Wednesday night, than what the Bitters managed on a Saturday.

Where all these bandwagon jumpers are coming from I don't know.
