I wonder if we would make a move for Pulis

If ever a post was made just for the sake of it, that was it.
Why. We employed McLeish. You do realise  whatLerner and his cronies are capable of ??

It's hardly worth discussing so i'm not going to bother. I'll leave it to others.

If he does get the boot then I wouldn't be surprised if Wilkins was given a run of games!

One paper today is running with the headline "Sherwood: Blame the Board".  The article basically has him complaining about the clause that meant Benteke could go and him saying that Lerner told him that he only needs to finish 17th this season.  I'm sure all our season ticket holders would have liked to have known that was the expectation before shelling out in the summer.

I'm starting to think that all is not well between our manager and board.

Dunno which paper?  But if he's starting to hang the board out to dry (and he has a point) it's only going to end one way.

I really wish Sherwood would just fuck off, and sharpish. He's actually more of a wanker than I had feared when he joined.

The "he'll keep us up and be gone by november" soothsayers look like they could be bang on the money.

How does one go about "aiming" for seventeenth? I'd suggest that it's not by doing what's been done thus far.

The board were all in US last week to meet Lerner. Sherwood not present. Kind of says it all really.

Yep Dave.  Those type of comments usually come from a manager trying to defend his record to any potential employers.

Agreed, but when was the last time you heard of a manager resigning out of principle? No doubt he'll stick around waiting for the pay off.
