Ads was a disaster. We really can't do any worse than him.

Although having said the above about Sherwood, he at least has the benefit of not being Ads. Watching that Ads team was truly horrible. Thank god he's gone.

I think he is fast proving that to be the case. Decent squad now but no idea how to gel into a team. Poor at the moment.

I'll take it on. Day one it would be no nonsense stuff. No long balls, no ketchup, no loud music, no sex before or during games, no stupid fucking moustaches, at the very minimum a Plan A for every match, sexy football, wingers who attack, strikers who shoot, defenders who engage in few bone crunching challenges because they are positioned to avoid doing so. Additionally for the fans, cheap Balti pies, loads of pork pies, chip butties, and a Greggs store at Villa Park.

The clock started ticking today. That's Sherwoods team and right now it's absolutely bloody awful.
Eight of today's starting eleven were here when Lambert left the club.

Says it all really all that money and still the same old shit

The biggest concern following the Leicester debacle was Sherwoods post match comments.  Didn't take one shred of responsibility for the gigantic fuck up that HE caused with his brain fart substitutions. Seemed to want to blame the side in general. No sign of accepting some responsibility at all.

I really was hoping for some new age, tactically astute Manager that we were sold he was, instead he's looked about as far away as its possible to get from that.

Tuesday is absolutely massive for him. He wont get the bullet from the Board (yet) but if we lose to another insipid performance against Blose he'll lose a ton of goodwill in the stands. I know we're a patient lot but after the last 5 years of utter dross patience is very thin now and, unfortunatley for TS, I think TSM 1 and TSM 2 used a lot of that up.

I can see him gone by Xmas.

There may be something in that if what he said in the media was what he actually said to the players. From the way we started and as the game progressed today, it was almost as if they were lacking confidence, scared to make mistakes and commit themselves going forward. We looked nervous and stood off them allowing them to keep possession which is in stark contrast to how we've been playing in recent games...or was it an attempt to conserve energy and not be so knackered after an hour? If we'd got stuck into them today and played high tempo then the result could have been much different.

He's a chancer. His tactics are non-existant and his subs he must pluck out of a hat.

I'm normally fairly positive and patient, but I've taken a proverbial chainsaw to that. We've entered our six season now of being utter shite and it became old a long time ago.

As I see it now, Sherwood is not up to it and neither is the squad. I'm not sure whether this year will be our year, but the indications are there that it will be a huge fight to hit 38 points again.

We cannot defend. That's a massive problem. We play third division standard shite in Westwood in midfield, that's a problem. We have absolutely nothing up front, that's a problem. We have a manager that has an inability to change games and leaves us far too open. That's a problem.

Put these matters together and you have a recipe for relegation.

The last two home games are a microcosm for the past five years and a road map for what is to come.

I think the squad is up to it though Ads. II think there are 3 positions where we are very weak but the rest of the side is as good as we have had for a while. The issue is there is no balance at the moment. I think he will switch to 3 5 2 soon which will make or break him.

What are his tactics?

What does he think about when he selects the team.......ie Gabby?

His substitutions are baffling

He does not seem to be learning from his mistakes
